Flapjax is a customer data and automation platform. It lets you ingest events from your own systems, organise people and records, apply labels and segments, and run automations and campaigns across channels you connect.

3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the credentials used to access your workspace and for all activity that happens under them. Keep API tokens and passwords confidential, and tell us promptly at support@flapjax.io if you believe an account has been compromised.

use the service to break the law, or to send messages to people who have not consented to receive them where consent is required;
upload content that infringes someone else’s rights or that you do not have the right to share;
interfere with or disrupt the service, probe its security, or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide;
reverse engineer the platform or use it to build a competing product;
resell or sublicense access to the service without a written agreement with us.

Fees, billing terms, and any pilot arrangements are set out in the order form or pilot agreement you sign with us. Where a signed agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement wins.

We work to keep the service available and performing well, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may improve, change, or retire features over time; if a change materially reduces the service you are paying for, we will tell you in advance.

You can stop using the service at any time. Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable agreement, and we may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms.
After termination we will, on written request made within 30 days, make a copy of your data available for export in a common machine-readable format, after which we may delete it.
